Cemento-ossifying Fibroma on Mandible

Abstract
The cemento-ossifying fibroma is an uncommon benign fibro-osseous tumor of the jaws, and is generally believed to originate from element of the periodontal ligament. The tumor commonly presents as a slow-growing expansile lesion, and is usually
well-circumscribed clinically.
En-bloc resection of mandible with immediate iliac bone graft was performed in a 34 year-old male patient.
On follow-up check of the patient, we obtained good results without any signs of recurrence.
